Every notarial engagement at Neuralforges begins with the same question: what does the receiving authority actually require? The form of a notarial certificate, the wording of accompanying declarations, and the identification documents needed can all vary depending on whether the document is destined for a company registry, a court filing, a consular authority, or a foreign land title office.
Before any appointment is confirmed, our attorneys review the document and discuss its destination. This step — which many authentication services omit — reduces the risk of a certificate being returned or queried by the authority that receives it.
Once we understand what is needed, we confirm the appropriate service, agree the fee, and schedule the authentication. For travelling engagements, we coordinate the location and confirm the identification documents to be presented by each signatory in advance of the appointment.
After the work is completed, a written record is provided. This may be a simple acknowledgement for single-document engagements or a formal index for multi-document sessions. Corporate retainer clients receive quarterly summaries of all work performed during the period.

Single-Document Authentication
A focused appointment for a notarial services attorney to authenticate a single document — typically a power of attorney, an affidavit, or a corporate certification — for use within or outside Thailand. The work includes review of the document, verification of identity, and the addition of the notarial certification.

Year-Long Notarial Retainer for Corporate Operations
A twelve-month retainer that provides regular notarial support for a corporate client whose operations generate frequent authentication needs — board minutes, shareholder resolutions, parent-company affidavits, and corporate certifications. The retainer covers a defined number of monthly authentications, with a quarterly written summary of the work performed.
Suited to multinational subsidiaries with steady documentation flows. Engagements beyond the monthly allowance are billed at a transparent per-item rate agreed at the outset.
