The Firm
Neuralforges was established to provide notarial services to individuals, families, and corporate clients whose dealings require formal document authentication under Thai law. We work from a single, focused practice on Silom Road in Bangkok.
Return to HomeOur History and Purpose
Neuralforges began as a response to a practical gap in Bangkok's legal services market. Clients — particularly those with cross-border obligations — often found the process of obtaining notarially authenticated documents cumbersome, opaque in cost, and uncertain in timing. The founders, both experienced Thai attorneys, set out to build a firm where notarial work could be handled with the same measured care one would bring to a more complex legal engagement.
The name Devarat reflects a personal commitment to considered practice. Each matter is treated on its own terms. We do not process documents as a bulk administrative function; we regard authentication as a step in a larger transaction or legal arrangement, and we bring that wider perspective to the work.
From our office on Silom Road, we serve individual clients who require authentication of personal documents — powers of attorney executed abroad, affidavits for court filings, declarations of identity — and corporate clients whose operations generate steady volumes of board and shareholder documentation requiring certification for parent-company registries, foreign authorities, or counterparty requirements.
Our approach is advisory rather than transactional. When a client comes to us with a document to authenticate, our first step is to understand where that document will go and what the receiving authority will require. That context shapes the form of the certification, the chain of legalisation needed, and the timing of the work.
Mission and Values
Precision
Every certification we issue reflects careful review of the document, verification of the signatory's identity, and consideration of the receiving authority's specific requirements.
Transparency
Our fees are set out before an engagement begins. There are no adjustments after the fact. Clients know what they are paying for and why, and they receive a written account of the work performed.
Confidentiality
Notarial work often involves sensitive personal or commercial information. We handle all client materials with care and maintain strict protocols on storage, access, and disposal of documentation.
Our Attorneys
Each member of our notarial team holds formal authorisation from the Lawyers Council of Thailand.
Prapassorn Siriwong
Senior Notarial Services Attorney
Called to the Thai Bar in 2007 and authorised as a notarial services attorney in 2010. Prapassorn oversees corporate retainer engagements and complex multi-party authentications.
Nattapon Krairiksh
Notarial Services Attorney
Admitted in 2013 and authorised as a notarial services attorney in 2016. Nattapon focuses on individual client matters and travelling notarial appointments across Bangkok.
Wanwisa Chatchai
Client Relations & Documentation
Wanwisa coordinates appointment scheduling, client communications, and the administrative records that support our written indexes and quarterly summaries.
Professional Standards
Lawyers Council Authorisation
All notarial work is performed exclusively by attorneys formally authorised under the Lawyers Council of Thailand's notarial services attorney programme.
Identity Verification Protocol
Every signatory is verified against original government-issued identification before any certification is issued. Copies of identification documents are retained securely in accordance with our data protection policy.
Document Review Procedure
Each document is reviewed for consistency, completeness, and appropriateness for notarial certification prior to the appointment, reducing the need for corrections on the day.
Client Data Protection
We adhere to the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). Client information is stored securely, accessed only by authorised staff, and retained only for as long as legally required.
Notarial Register
We maintain a formal register of all notarial acts performed, enabling us to produce records and confirmations when required by receiving authorities or courts.
Apostille & Legalisation Guidance
We advise clients on the further steps required after notarial authentication — apostille at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, or consular legalisation for non-Hague Convention countries.
Notarial Services Attorneys in Bangkok
The legal framework governing notarial work in Thailand is distinct from the systems found in common-law or civil-law countries where a separate notary profession operates independently of the legal profession. In Thailand, the right to perform notarial acts is granted to specific attorneys by the Lawyers Council of Thailand following a formal application and assessment process. These attorneys — known as notarial services attorneys — are qualified members of the Thai Bar who have demonstrated the necessary knowledge and standing to undertake authentication work.
Neuralforges's attorneys undertake a range of authentication tasks: certifying the identity of a signatory executing a power of attorney in Bangkok for use in a foreign transaction; verifying that a document is a true copy of an original; preparing a formal affidavit under Thai law for use in a foreign court or registry; and certifying corporate documents such as board resolutions, shareholder minutes, and certificates of registered status for submission to parent-company compliance teams or foreign regulatory bodies.
The role of a notarial services attorney also extends to advising clients on what authentication is needed and in what sequence. The path from a locally signed document to one that will be accepted by a receiving authority in another country often involves several steps — our attorneys can map that path clearly and advise on what each stage entails before any work is undertaken.
Our office is located in the Bang Rak district, on Silom Road — one of Bangkok's principal commercial and legal corridors. Clients include expatriate residents, Thai nationals with overseas property or family matters, multinational corporations operating through Thai subsidiaries, and law firms in other jurisdictions who require a reliable Bangkok counterpart for document authentication.
